THE DELIVERABLES
My bespoke website service for is designed to include all the ground work and design of our custom web projects but delivered in a refined way. It is suited to small businesses across both service based and e-commerce. After an initial consult I will map out a vision board sitemap and provide you with a framework for you to easily add copy or images.

Website management - All my websites are designed for easy self management. You'll receive a dedicated support for up to two weeks, ensuring a smooth journey after the handover.

THE PROCESS
After years of developing websites and educating myself, I have since learnt that websites don’t need to be over complicated. Simple sites are much easier to navigate through and maintain, without losing customer engagement. I’m all about keeping things streamlined and easy - through both the design process and the website deliverables.

Fill out this questionnaire so we can get to know each other a little more. We’ll then jump on a discovery call or meet at my studio or your workplace to chat more about the finer details, and I’ll answer any questions you might have.
After initial discovery call, I develop a solid understanding of your industry, products and/or services, your competitors and how you want to be seen in your field of work. This stage is important as we want you to stand out and generate your own look and feel - no copy cats.
After our initial consult and I’ll then introduce you to my design packages. If you would love to start working together, I will issue a 50% deposit, to secure your spot in the design cue.

Once the creative direction has been discussed and research is complete, I will then create a shared design board. I like to manage our communication through Trello - an online project management tool. In here we plan, prepare content and communicate.
Next we move forward to designing, developing and executing. I offer various conceptual packages and level of refinements for your select project scope, before the final designs are completed and any post project requirements are met before handover.

By the end of your design journey, your brand new website will be ready to share to the world.
I provide a training session on maintaining your new website (post launch) which means after hand-over, you’ll easily be able to edit every section of your website and so you feel empowered and confident to use your website going forward.

Forget the emails and things getting lost or missed, working in Trello helps us both feel calm and supported. But don’t be scared - it’s super simple to use.
SELF MANAGEMENT
Paying someone to maintain your website can be both exxy and not sustainable long-term, which is why I offer a training session on maintaining your new website. After hand-over, you’ll easily be able to edit every section of your website going forward.
